The National Post reported today that Canadian Western Bank has purchased National Leasing for a deal value of 130 Million dollars . By all accounts National seemed to be one of the best run and most successful leasing companies in Canada . Historically when Canadian banks have purchased independent lease and finance Co's things have not gone ... well you know what I mean .
