It does not specify specific assets but places an overall blanket lien on the business- Personal guarantees are also required in this type of facility, and businesses applying for unsecured business lines should be able to demonstrate good personal credit history of the owners as well as healthy financial statements. Interest rates on unsecured credit lines are typically very attractive and are often the lowest cost of borrowing.

And what about those ' CHOICES ' we talked about? It comes down to essentially two solutions for the business revolving line of credit:

 

1. The Canadian chartered bank solution
